Prior to his current consulting engagements, Mr. Blaz spent 4 years in the position of Vice President of Global Service Operations for Juniper Networks. At Juniper, he successfully spearheaded the transformation of the Service Operations, dramatically improving customer satisfaction and on-time delivery to all time highs, while establishing operational excellence and significantly reducing operational expenses by over 40%.
About Me
Prior to his position with Juniper, Mr. Blaz enjoyed 13 years with Cisco Systems in executive level positions, leading the company’s Global Product Services and Global Onsite Services. He developed and implemented Cisco’s worldwide strategy for SMARTNet Onsite Services, also originating Cisco’s world class support methodology, ‘VISE’ - Virtual Internetworking Support Engineering. During his tenure with Cisco, Mr. Blaz led the growth and expansion of Cisco’s Onsite Services from $4M to in excess of $1B.
In his current capacity, Mr. Blaz utilizes his skills to help companies and service operations executives to achieve their goals with world class results. His global perspective and cross industry experience, especially in the areas of Networking, Bio-Medical, Marine and Semiconductor, have increased his demand as a sought after industry thought leader. He is a frequently requested speaker for industry conferences, conducts workshops, and has established benchmark metrics by coordinating executive think tanks and sharing best practice findings.
Mr. Blaz’s prioritization of strategic partnership throughout his career has inherently shaped his views and interests regarding the strategic growth potential of a business, its customers and end users.
